embedding video from vimeo or our website

is there a way to embed video from vimeo or add a link from our website. when I click on "add to embed" and embed either a link to our website or the code from vimeo, i get the following msg: "This appears to be an invalid widget. Please enter the complete Embed tag and try again". Can I only embed videos from YouTube, Hulu, or Google? Do you find this valuable?

Try using the "Other Widget" method of adding it and it should work:
