Changing the sign

How do you change that sign thingy in the top left hand corner? Like every wetpaint site i see has that personalized, but i, for the life of me can't figure out how to change it... PLease Help! Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

Ok, click "Settings" at the top right hand corner...then "name and logo" and then "upload an image". You can upload an image from your computer, or from a URL.
