Requested that Ads be removed, but they are still there

I'm using the site for an online course at the community college where I teach and I completed the registration form on my site THREE TIMES to request that ads be removed. It has been over a week since the first request and the ads are still showing up. Are these requests getting through? I haven't received any email notification one way or another. 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

They are getting through, but I believe we are dealing with a backlog of these requests. If you can provide the URL of your site I can verify that we have received your request and we'll get to it asap. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
