Banner Ads and Side bar ads

What is going on with the Banner Ads. Sometimes they are there. Sometimes they are not. There is also an anomolie with sidebar ads from google. Certain google ads will only display a line of black circles with a question mark in the center of the circle. This is happening with the new release of Firefox 3.5.

I use IE and I can see no ads at all.

Sometimes I don't see them either in IE or FF and other times they appear. The only sites I am looking at are Wetpaint Wikis. So the ads are coming from wetpaint.
