The above videos are only visible in Firefox

Hi there, I can only see the above videos (and click on them to activate them) in Mozilla, but in internet explorer I can't see them (just some inactive squares with small icons in each box upper left)
I have the same problem when visiting my goldring account (while I can't log in through Mozilla (a black login screen appears with something indicating that it is trying to pop-up the login screen, but it doesn't..
Can you please help?

Are you sure your browsers are up to date? I am not having a problem with the videos and any browser. Do you find this valuable?

Try downloading the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. It can be found at Adobe's website.
