Does anyone know what is the best dimension to making a Banner Logo. I'm talking about the logo at the top. Like where it says "Wetpaint and Wetpaint Central" at the top of this Wetpaint Central's page.

Anyone know?

That varies depending upon the style background selected for your site. Here is a page that will give you some guidelines for setting up your logo.
