Can a table be centered to page

Can a table created in WP be centered horizontally and vertically to a page? Do you find this valuable?

Vertical centering is not possible, but horizontal centering isn't hard.

The best way to do this is to create two tables. The first table has 3 columns and 1 row and is set to Fit to Page. Then create the second table inside the middle cell of the first table.

The outer table will act as a buffer and size properly to fit the width of the screen. Do you find this valuable?
