New member templates?

The standard template that new members are given for their user page is completely irrelevant to my site, eoht.info, a science focused site. Having questions such as what is your favorite super hero, astrological sign, and sloppy looking font markup is a huge turn-off to the mindset of people who join my site. Presently, every time a new person joins, I have to manually go to their member page and blank out the easyedit section of their page. Can Wetpaint give us a solution to this issue? I would like to be able to either make a custom template for new member pages or modify the existing one.

Ok:1. Go to "settings", which should be in the top right corner of your page, next to "Profile" and "Promote" 2. Under "communications", there should be a tab called "member profile template". Click it. 3. There, you can easy edit the page and make the profile template to your liking. Hope this helped ^^ Do you find this valuable? |
