i cant sign up...

i cant sign up for the Wetpaint Account....everytime i click on the"sign up" button, they would display "Based on the information you have supplied, you are ineligible to create a Wetpaint account."......How do i create an account with the message appearing all the time when i want to sign up?

Normally that message appears to those who are under the age of thirteen. If you are under 13 you are ineligible to signup.
