Adding a page to a great site!

How do I start this process? I am reading through the information and acquainting myself with the tools for this process...but some help would be appreciated! Thanks! Do you find this valuable?

To add a page, just simply click on the "Add a New Page" button below the navigation bar. It's this one: http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/ff8/coolestgt/wetpaintg.gif Do you find this valuable?
