DELL DIMENSIONS 8400 AND E310

I PURCHASED THESE TWO SYSTEM BACK IN LATE 2005. I HAD PROBLEMS FROM THE GET GO WITH BOTH SYSTEMS, DELL TECH WAS NOT A BIG HELP IN GETTING EITHER SYSTEM TO WORK THE WAY THEY WERE SUPPOSE TOO, AFTER SPENDING COUNTLESS TIME ON PHONE WITH PEOPLE I COULD NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE OF THEIR LANGUAGE )INDIA). THE LAST TIME I HAD ANY CONTACT AT ALL WAS IN NOV. 2007, I WAS SO BURNED UP WITH THEIR TECH SUPPORT I JUST GAVE UP.; THESE TWO SYSTEMS WERE NOT CHEAP TO A PERSONS THAT IS ON A FIXED INCOME, BUT I JUST HAD ENOUGH OF RUNNING AROUND AND AROUND THAT I FINALLY GAVE UP. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A DELL SYSTEM TO ANYONE. Do you find this valuable?

well it seems that u were cheated. all dell systems not like that, even we have a dell system at our home n
that one is perfectly all right. Do you find this valuable?

This forum is for the wetpaint community to assist with issues and suggestions with wetpaint wikis. Your issue with the systems you have purchased would be better served by contacting the Dell corporation. www.dell.com. Use their Contact Us option and state your concerns to them.
