Trying a BLOG using WetPaint, but suggest a small change.

I've just started with the idea of a BLOG! See http://www.hornsby1.info/page/BLOG+-+RichardB43
One thing I would like is:-
I've put very little on the page, but instead of the discussion being visible straight after, there is a huge amount of blank space and then the discussion is off the bottom of the screen.
Why the need for all that blank space ? I would prefer the discussion follow straight on from the intro.

Please consider removing that unnecessary blank space. If people really want their discussion section to disappear off the bottom of the screen, they can make that happen by adding a lot of blank lines.
(Or maybe you could add an option for a pagewhere the discussion section could be switched off!)
Do you find this valuable?

Oops. Made post anonymously. So need to join the conversation not anonymously.

Mind you, that reminds me. These days it seems I frequently lose my logged in status when I switch from one wetpaint site to another. Has something changed ?

As a blog, why dont you put your blog information in the white space (content area) and let others comment on your blog with the threads. Right now your blog is in a thread also and the blog page is empty. Look here for an example of a Blog.... http://wikicreator.wetpaint.com/ Do you find this valuable?

If people re-read the above. What I'm really and very simply asking is. Why is the empty white space added at all ???????????? Do you find this valuable?

Was trying to keep my blog to one page. Just using a new topic each time I posted something. Instead of having a new page every time I post something. Which I could do , except for a couple of things
- that mysterious adding of the white space - why ?
- the limit on how much can be posted into a topic. why ??

I joined your site to see what you were referring, The content place holder has 6 lines. Below the content holder is a large white space before reaching the page update information section. I agree that space could be reduced some. Do you find this valuable?

I am long-toothed at times and find the 2000 character limitation on thread messages to be hampering at times. But, most threads fall well within that limit, some are even single word posts. I would also like to see the limit raised.
