Possible to have custom sub domain names?

I am going to create a new website/blog and I wanted to have a wiki to encourage more member participation. Can I have wiki.mysitename.com?

Yes, it is possible. See the URL for the Trueblood site for example - http://truebloodwiki.hbo.com/
It's a subdomain name for hbo.com Do you find this valuable?
