one profile not showing on main page

My site has 16 members (and counting) but one of them doesn't show on the main members page. You can only pull up her profile by searching for her exact user name or by clicking on her profile when it shows up a as friend on someone else's profile. How can I get it to show on the main page? Do you find this valuable?

You have to ask him he is the only one that can put him on the member report!!!!!!!!1111111111 Do you find this valuable?
