I am also not getting a response

I requested the Ads to be removed from my educational site (5 times over the past 2 weeks in fact) and have still not gotten a response. In the past, my requests were accepted immediately. Is someone on holidays?

Too find the button, just simply the "Settings" button below your banner, then click on the "Upgrades" button beside the "Permissions" button, then click on the Register an education site "Select" button, fill out the form and you're done!

I have done this, but haven't heard back from anyone or have had the ads removed. Any suggestions? Do you find this valuable?

I unfortunately am in the same position. My site, Digital Salon, is populated solely by students even though we are on summer hiatus from our university because the students were so eager to continue the discussion about digital culture and how it affects them. After two requests in the past three weeks, and not even an acknowledgment of the request, I am thinking that I perhaps ought to have used the university wiki.
