how do i use my OWN layout

i really want to use my own layout, not one of those ugly templates!

I have the code and stuff, how could i use my own layout! Do you find this valuable?

Wetpaint uses a what you see is what you get interface which means html code is unsupported. http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/make+a+suggestion/ Do you find this valuable?
