it wasn't there in E-mail invite not received that's not the cause I know it.

 Do you find this valuable?

It might be set to auto-delete spam. Set your e-mail provider to accept all messages from wetpaint.com Do you find this valuable?

It may take a few hours for the invitation to be sent. If you sent it a few mins ago, give it some time.
Also, please provide your wiki URL. Do you find this valuable?
