Yes you can. As long as they are a lower rank then you. Example: You are Admin, you try to edit a mods profile. You can. If you are Registered User and you try to edit an admins you cannot.

As DerCat said, Admins and creators can edit other users profiles. Admins and Creators can edit each others profiles as well. Also, admins and creators can edit a slogan if they want to.

When I ban someone, I make there slogan I was banned for (What banned for)
