no response to request for ad free (education site)

I have submitted two requests to change my site to an ad free (educational site) for my middle school classroom. I made these requests over one week ago and have heard nothing, although wetpaint states that action will be taken within 48 hours. I read the thread of another teacher who wrote, about "losing my patience" with the same problem. Fiinally they got a response.

Make sure you go to "Settings" --> "Upgrades" --> "Register an education site".
I'll contact someone form the Wetpaint staff and alert them about this. Do you find this valuable?

I did follow the instructions you cited, TWICE! I would very much appreciate you contacting someone from the staff and alerting them, ASAP. Thank you. Do you find this valuable?

Nancy- so sorry for the delay--we've had a change in resources so there is a slightly longer delay than usual. I found your site and removed the ads--you should be good to go. In the future, please contact me directly at michael at wetpaint.com...i head up the Education program. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I have had the same probleM. CONTACTED THEM 3 TIMES OVER THE PAST MONTH! Do you find this valuable?
