how do i creat my own wetpaint account when every time i creat, they always kept on catching a bug? Do you find this valuable?

What does it say when you create a Wetpaint account? And BTW, you have to be over 13 years old to create an account. So if you are not over 13, then maybe that's why you can't create an account. Do you find this valuable?
