Easy Edit not showing

Easy Edit does not show up on the new pages I have added. Only on the home page. I am trying to add pictures but it will not allow me without the Easy Edit. What to do? Do you find this valuable?

Alright. Try to clear your browser cookies. Also, what were you doing before this happened. Also, what browser are you using? Do you find this valuable?
