Adding pictures

Hey I use to be able to add pictures. How come I can't anymore? Is something wrong with the Wiki or is it my computer? 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

My pictures are too large, I tried saving them in a different format but was not able to reduce size, how can I do this, clicking on the help button is no good Please help Do you find this valuable?
