Move photos around on a photo page-template used in creation

The only way that I could consistently download polls to my poll page on wikifido was to use a photo template- The template kept the first 2 Vizu polls from dissapearing when I added a third Vizu poll . It also allowed me to have spacing for the polls to look nice instead them directly touching each other and have them all crowded on the left. I had tried colums- charts etc. I'd like to add some new polls and have them at the top of the page-as is done in the photo gallery. Can anybody help me with this? I did a search & I just couldn't find anything to help me. Thank you Do you find this valuable?
