question on pictures

there seems to be a parental block on a site i made, but i can't find anything to change it so that the people can put up their pictures. Most of the pictures in question have been approved by me, but i still don't know how to dis-activate the parental block.

If your site members do not have the ability to upload photos, it is because your wikis editing permissions are set to "only people I invite." You will have to either change their permissions to a Writer, or change your wikis editing permissions to "everyone can edit." http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/permissions/
