if your building a fansite.... any suggestions? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Try inviting members you know like the subject you are creating a site on. (Don't advertise on this site, though!)
Make your pages fun, AND professional. This will draw members into the site.
Create it with the most common URL you can do. I've discovered sites by typing in random URLs, and joined and liked them. But no one's gonna type in: yoyosarethecoolestchicken.wetpaint.com
