Does WetPaint allow the building of sites that have adult content?

Yes. Yes it does. However, to be on the safe side, I would make the site private so only people who you invite on are allowed on. Do you find this valuable?

I am not sure.

I believe it is actually supposed to be content that is acceptable to people ages 13 and up... Do you find this valuable?

I know you have to be 13 years or older to join. I think you are allowed to have an adult content site as long as you make it a private site and only allow adults on. Do you find this valuable?

Unfortunately the TOS does not say anything whatsoever when it comes to adult content. So there is no way to tell is there?

There is nothing in the terms of service or wiki code of conduct (http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/wiki+code+of+conduct/), so yes, it is ok. Do you find this valuable?

I actually saw a wiki where you had to agree that you are 18 or older to view this wiki! Try contacting an administrator through PM to see if you can set this up, but I do not think they will allow any adult movies, pictures, or videos. Do you find this valuable?

I think you can let it have adult content, but to be safe I would at least post a warning that it does have adult content and probably wouldn't be appropriate for people under a certain age, and that they shouldn't view it if it isn't allowed in thier area. Do you find this valuable?

You can get into a lot of trouble though, most adult sites say you have to be 18 or older to view the content and they make you select the "I agree" button, maybe the homepage should be something a little like that!

Have the site description and a warning description then a "I agree" button to a second page of the real homepage, and then the "I disagree" button to http://www.wetpaint.com/ Do you find this valuable?

YES! He/she is correct! It is United States law that you must be 18 or older to view adult content, and you must be 18 or older to be in adult content! Do you find this valuable?
