Adding profile to watchlist or being able to lock profile -as writer

Is it possible for a writer to be able to add their profile to their watchlist? I have experienced in some cases ,moderators editing my profile without my consent which is indeed very,very rude. How do we "lock " our profile and is their any way to prevent moderators ( and up ) from making all sorts of changes to our profile or for that matter , at least get notified that a change has been made to our profile through our watchlist. I couldnt find the drop-down menu which was mentioned above in my profile although I could find it in other pages of the website.Can you solve my problems? Please?

You cannot lock your profile or put it on your watchlist. Although putting your profile on your watchlist is a great suggestion.
