Having difficulty moving a page, that already has a sub page...

I am trying to move a main page with attached sub page to be part of another main page. It goes through the motions but doesnt actually move the page. Yeah I could delete it but its heading is exactly as I need it.
How do I do this, what is wrong?

What is the URL of the problem? What browser are you using? Do you find this valuable?

I am trying to move the testing transistors page into (as a sub page ) the testing components and circuits page
It will let me choose where to move the page, then update as though correct but the page remains where it was, as its own main page
any help appreciated
