Invitations not working

I just created a new educational wiki to use with students and teachers, when I tried to invite the first two members, in the invitation e-mail, the url wouldn't link. It looked funny, if you deleted some numbers and symbols you could get there, but that is not a good solution? Any ideas on how to fix this problem? Or what I did wrong? Do you find this valuable?

Im sure you didnt do anything wrong. It could be a bug in Wetpaint, i have seen a few other complaints about this happening too. Im sure Wetpaint will look into it for you =] Do you find this valuable?

I am having the same problem. None of the emails are coming through; not password recovery, not send a message, nor invitations being received. Anyone have any success fixing this problem? We have added wetpaint to our safelist. And, it used to let the emails through. Do you find this valuable?

Try resending them. Wetpaint fixed the e-mail problem very recently. Do you find this valuable?

Try clearing your browser cookies. If that doesnt work, use another browser.

This is within our network and people within our work site. I can't just change the browser for all can I? I also did a check to see if the invitations were being sent and sent one to my home email address. It worked there but the network at work would not let my email through that I had forwarded with the invitation. Any ideas? Our IT person is clueless about what to do. Do you find this valuable?

Well, I believe this is a bug in the system.
Did you try clearing your cookies? Do you find this valuable?

Still isnt working.
It must be a bug in the system. I know this was a problem before, but I thought Wetpaint fixed it. I am sure they are fixing it. Just wait until they fix the bug. Do you find this valuable?

I've confirmed that the emails were received by the mail server they were sent to. They are most likely being filtered as spam by the mail server. Do you find this valuable?

We have made the website safe and it will still not let them through. Do you find this valuable?

Everything is working now. Even though we had made wetpaint a trusted site for our network, our server would not let it get to our network. Our IT person had to have the server trust the website. I have given Jason and Jeremy the information to get wetpaint off of the blacklist. Thanks for everyone's help! Do you find this valuable?
