Adding PDF's to our site

I have scanned pages from an old newspaper into individual PDF files to add to our site. The pages are large - larger than the normal limit for images - both in terms of file size and pixel dimensions.
What is the best way to post these for the benefit of our members/visitors. I would like folks to be able to view the entire file or zoom, scroll, etc. to optimize their interaction with the PDF files.

Thoughts? Suggestion? Input?

There is a more tools option next to tthe add a to-do. Click on that and say add an attachment. Im pretty sure it will let you, if not then just make the image smaller. Because then the user can just zoom in to read the PDF file. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
