I have a problem

Not sure it fits the description, but a guy joined my site and told me I have copied stuff from his.
Well, what he meant by that was that I have 2 pages which are called FanFiction and FanArt. He accused me of stealing the names. I don't really have a clue what's his site (I've joined too many).
Anyway, aren't those generic terms describing art & stories made by fans which use characters from certain series, like books, cartoons, movies, etc.?
That's what wikipedia says. It also says the term originated in the 60'. So, it's clear that he didn't invent it.
If you google this words you will find millions of results. There are sites which have this words in their url.
Why does he claim copyright?
Also, should I ban him? I don't want to do it, but it gets on my nerves and I'm not sure if it's a got reason?

Well, if their accusations are unfounded and they are causing trouble on your site then you have every right to ban them. Do you find this valuable?

He's not causing much trouble. So far, he only messaged me about changing those names. But he doesn't want to understand my explanation and it started getting worse.
He swore me yesterday. Do you find this valuable?

Well, if you are the creator; and I don't want this to be taken the wrong way, but you have every right to ban members...especially if they use profanity. Do you find this valuable?

Just because you have the same page names he has, does not mean that you copied his wiki. Most fan sites have those pages, mt wiki does. Do not worry, he cannot do anything. Do you find this valuable?
