Changing a sub page to a main page

How would I change a sub-page to a main page on this site? Do you find this valuable?

You would click Move Page under "More Tools" and then click -Home- as the page you want it under. Do you find this valuable?

You are not allowed to move pages unless you are a moderator+ on Wetpaint Central. Do you find this valuable?
