Get this off my computer

How do I get this crap off my computer. I tried everything so far and nothing works...this site comes up everytime I launch my browser and they don't even give an e mail support page. I want this off my computer...I don't know how it got here. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Go to "Tools" then click on "Internet Options" at the top of the window should be a URL, change it to the URL you want to come up when you click to open your browser.
