Can't find messages

I received a message from someone on my brand new Wetpaint site, but couldn't find it. So, I asked him to send it again. I read it then, but now can't find it again? Can you tell me where messages from individuals are and can it be made easier to find? It wasn't a public messages, so it wasn't posted as a thread. How do I get notified when someone sends me a message and why can't I find that message by going back to his profile or going to some central email box kind of page? Urgent question, by the way, I have to answer the questions in the email before Wednesday's workshop.

Click "view message" on e-mailor by "My Profile" Do you find this valuable? |

Yes, when you go to your profile there is a tab for Messages. you have an Inbox there with all of your messages, including ones you might have deleted by accident or on purpose.
