Erasing banned member list
Mar 12 2009, 2:49 AM EDT | Post edited: Mar 12 2009, 2:49 AM EDT
Some time ago, someone was persistently registering onto my Wiki under someone else's name and implicating the latter in nasty, illegal activities. I had to ban the new profile every time this idiot re-registered -- and it happened quite frequently for a while! It has since stopped, but all the banned profile handles with nasty variations on the victim's name still appear if you visit the banned members tab. Can I get this purged, please!? It's not nice and tourism teachers and lecturers are starting to recommend that their students join my Wiki. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm not sure you can. The list is there so that if you wish to unban someone, you can go straight to their profiles. Do you find this valuable?

Like Jessica said, you can't delete someone from the banned members list. But only moderators and up can view it, so it wouldn't be a problem for writers or registered users. Do you find this valuable?

Only moderators, admins and creators can see the banned list. Don't worry. Do you find this valuable?
