Sitemeter vs Google Analytics
Mar 7 2009, 6:27 PM EST | Post edited: Mar 7 2009, 6:27 PM EST
Hi,

My site http://retirephilippines.wetpaint.com has been running for 6 months now. During that time it has constantly been in the Wetpaint 500 and scored well on Google searches. Just lately it has had few referrals (according to Sitemeter) & on many key search words has dropped way down the list on Google. Yahoo on the other hand is improving my rank all the time.

My question. Would changing from Sitemeter to GA improve my ranking with Google search at all? Also can anyone advise on why my sites ranking is dropping suddenly on Google?

Thanks

Uzi.

Your Wiki is probably dropping on Google due to less traffic. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

"Your Wiki is probably dropping on Google due to less traffic."
Traffic has been increasing not decreasing over the last month or so. Interest grows after Xmas & New Year. As I said my rank is INCREASING with Yahoo.

BTW. The thread for my site on Wetpaint Central's Share a Site often ranks higher than my actual site.
