My profile is completely messed up: It won't edit and it's all doubled

http://lunastar.wetpaint.com/account/HowlingstarI can't delete this page or redo it... Okay, so I had that double layout zone thing on my profile. It stretched out the page a little bit, so I decided that I didn't want it anymore after a week or so. I took the info I had put there and copied and pasted it to my main profile, then removed the second layout zone and saved. After I saved I wanted to change some information, so I went to the "Easy Edit" thingy. It worked, but only gave me a very small space to edit and not even half of my actual profile. I couldn't access the rest for some reason. So, I restarted my computer and went back. Same problem. After that I copied my whole profile and removed what I had currently from the little editting I could do.[I selected all then deleted]. After that I didn't save the blank version[probably should have ~.~] and added it all back. Then I saved. When you look at my profile, the places I couldn't select are still there and were not deleted so I have double information for the better part of my profile. So, I went to "Easy Edit" and it pulled the same thing it was before on the "Ugg... Won't let us edit the page ~.~" thread I posted. Meaning, it refuses to let me edit. So now my profile is all messed up and there isn't anything I can do. I'll try restarting again if you think it'll help, but I doubt it will do much if it didn't help the first time. Please help, I spend a LOT of time on my profile and really don't want it to be messed up like this forever! I think it has something to do with the Layout zones, because on the other page that wouldn't let us edit, it had a layout zone too. Do you find this valuable? |

Here are some screen shots of when it was only letting me edit a small section. The rest would highlight, but it wouldn't let me change fonts, delete, add, ec. Yep, all this weird no-page-edit thing started right after it. Both pages that I have experienced the problem with have had the Layout Zones. The first page we could delete, so it was recreated. My profile, however, I cannot delete and recreate. I don't think cancelling my account and rejoining will help at all... I've also deleted my cookies or whatever.I use Internet Explorer, but I also have Aol and Safari, which I haven't tried using yet. What do you mean by screen resolution? I should know what it means - sounds familiar - but I'm not entirely sure what you want me to say. Anyway, I tried to put as much info as I can so the problem can be solved ^^ It's driving me insane. x3 Do you find this valuable? |

Ugg it looks so terrible ~.~Can Mods or Admins on Wetpaint edit profiles? If it'll work for you I request you could make it blank. I have the info I want saved somewhere that I can get it and replace it. Do you find this valuable? |

I've brought this to the attention of someone from the development team so they will help you as soon as they can. Please have patience. I've tried editing your profile myself but it takes a very long time to load. I'm guessing this is due to the large amount of content you have on it. Do you find this valuable? |

hey for those pics of your screen, its like the words and stuff are outside the edit box? was it when you selected them and tried to move them or just when you clicked easy edit?

Yes, were there codes there such as '&amdshp' (something like that)?Then that is due to copying content, causing HTML codes to appear. When you can edit your profile I would remove the copied content. But I do not understand why you can't edit your profile... ~Marioman1000 Do you find this valuable? |

Okay, so I semi-figured out my profile, I just need to get the page to let me edit to fix it.Where my information is doubled, that's my fault. Remember how I said I highlighted and dragged my info from the right side column to the left? Well, only that information gave me an editable space. So, I left clicked, selected all, and deleted what I could. Instead of saving after that like a smart little girl, I copied and paste my profile[COMPLETE profile] back onto the page. So, places were doubled because of the content I added. :3 Do you find this valuable? |
