My Wetpaint bug

when I click the My Wetpaint button in the top right hand corner, it only works half the time! The other half the time, instead of the usual drop down with a list of 5 of my sites, Create a Site and Go To All of My Sites, it just gives me a tiny dropdown saying "Create a Site." it doesn't give me any other choices and it doesn't appear to be loading.

It has happened to me as well, but only on certain sites. Also, mine does not appear to be loading. It's as if I'm not even on any sites anymore. However, I figure this is just a trivial bug and that Wetpaint will take care of it.

When that happens, type in the URL of another wiki. You go there, you will be signed out. It happens to me too.

I just type in the wiki URLs when that happens and I'm still logged in, but it logged me out of all of my sites today for the first time in months!

It sounds like our single sign-on system isn't recognizing you. This might be a new problem.Does this happen every time? If not, can you reproduce it? Do you use your browser's account/password memory to sign in, or do you do it manually? Do you use the "Remember me" option when you sign in? Have you reconfigured your browser to reject cookies, or to not accept persistent cookies? Phil 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I use the "Rember Me" option, and IE7 doesn't remember the password automaticly. Also, my browser accepts cookies. It doesn't happen every time. I don't know how to reproduce it, I haven't noticed any patterns, but it happens just about every other time with me.I haven't had to sign in since some time in 2008, around November or December. I had to sign in the other day though, it was surprising. I use the Remember Me feature and I have Firefox remember the password. I haven't reconfigured my browser lately, it just started happening all of a sudden. I just noticed this earlier today, when it happened again, I looked at the URL and it had the #mywetpaint at the end of the URL, I went to a different page and tried again, the drop down loaded, but it didn't have the #mywetpaint in the URL. 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
