Adding links to anchor points within a page

How can I add a link from a heading to a paragraph within the same page. One uses a named anchor to do this with HTML but I can't figure out how to do it in Wetpaint.

I dont believe there is a feature from Wetpaint that allows you to do that but it is one of the Suggestions someone has posted on http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Make+a+Suggestion 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
