My site is not sending the email invitations

The URL of the site or page where you encountered the problem:http://kubusinessfaculty.wetpaint.com/ Your web browser and operating system you used when you discovered the bug. Web browser: Explorer 7 Operating system: XP As much detail as possible (what, where, how, why, when?) 1. What: My site doesn't send the email invitations. 2. Where: In the invite section 3. How: When I send the invitation the user never receive it 4. Why: I don't know 5. When: Today And answer the following questions in your post: What were you doing right before the problem? Adding new pages and editing Describe what you saw when the problem happened. That I sent two ivitations but in the invite sections appears zero invitations. Describe any error messages you received. None only zero invitations. What were you expecting to happen? That the site would send email invitations to future memebers 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Our logs show six invitations sent out from your site. If they are not being received, it most likely has something to do with security features in place on the domain where the messages were sent. Invitations are sent from "invite@wetpaintmail.com". It looks like some of the messages were sent to addresses on the @keiseruniversity.edu domain. I would recommend checking with an IT administrator on that domain to see why they are blocking our messages.

Update: It looks like we do have a glitch in the new release that is preventing email from going out this morning. We're working on a fix and it should be resolved very soon. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

I'm having the same problems too. Just this morning though. The invites are not going out. Yesterday was fine.

I just tried to send to invitations to two very different email addresses, but nothing was received. Is this the same problem as was reported yesterday (12:22)? If so, when can we expect the problem to be fixed? I have a new wiki ready to go live, but no invitations are out yet!Thanks! Do you find this valuable? |
