Yet another suggestion

When I look at the what's new page it says something like "Blahblahblah" became a writer at..... I have no idea who promoted/demoted him or anything, someone keeps promoting someone else on one of my sites, an we really want to know who it is. How about saying somehting like "Blahblahblah2" made "Blahblahblah" a writer today at... 5  out of 5 found this valuable. Do you?

yes. Usually the people promoted on my site are nice and helpful, but I'd be curios to know who promoted them. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

without a good reason. I think before you premote or demote anyone you talk it out with the admin.

Our site creator is in charge of everything and she doesn't like us promoting people without her permission. They've been promoted several times now and it's getting a little annoying. Do you find this valuable?

Maybe you could ask the person who is getting promoted to say who is doind this?

Yeah, but if they don't want to get caught because they know they'll get into trouble but they do it anyway... we need to stop them, another person got promoted the other day. Do you find this valuable?

Only administrators and up should view it, though. I like this idea.

I'm happy to say that this is going to be in our next release. All role changes will now include the name of the person who made the change. Bans will not show, but unbanning someone will show as making them a Registered User.

This information will be viewable to all. Do you find this valuable?
