"Has anyone had trouble with Internet Explorer crashing when setting up links in a wiki? Any solutions?"Try using Mozilla Firfox. It's good. 5 out of 5 found this valuable. Do you? |

Firefox is the world's best browser. IE is the world's worst. Ask anybody who has tried them both. I also like Opera, Camino, and Safari, but I use a Mac. PCs can use Opera, but not Camino. There is a Safari for PCs, but it's really a Mac browser and won't do all its tricks without the other Mac software. Each one has it's strengths and weaknesses. . 2 out of 2 found this valuable. No. I've tried both IE and Firefox and IMO IE is better. So you are wrong. But anyway, Opera, Camino(I dunno what that is) and Safari don't work good when you're using wetpaint.
Do you find this valuable?

OK, sorry -- ask anybody ELSE. :-) Seems there's a lot of people having crashes w/IE on these discussions. I have had no end of problems with IE, none with Firefox, and just one little problem with Opera. Safari is OK for viewing but no good for editing WetPaint. Camino is good, but it is only for Mac computers.. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

"Has anyone had trouble with Internet Explorer crashing when setting up links in a wiki? Any solutions?"YES! I have had this problem with a computer when I was away. Try downloading Firefox, or clearing your cookies! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
