"I'm administrator at this site http://warriors-destinyoftheclans.wetpaint.com/ and the creator is my friend, she wanted to make another of her friends a writer but when she goes to her profile and clicks on change permission, there isn't the writer option! only the options banned, registered user, mod, and admin! There is also no apply to be a writer bar ANYWHERE in the site, I tried to do it after she told me about the problems but there's no difference in who does it! HELP!"
