Just a couple of tips.

If you actually have "Antivirus 360" downloaded on your computer, download Malwarebytes (link is provided above.) Run the "quick scan." That should take care of it. Of course it's best to run any and all virus programs you have.

The Adware seems to come from Contextual Ads - Milehigh Ads. You can find this in your "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel. It should remove.
