Easy.
1. Go to Settings
2. Click on the statistics button
3. You can add your google site tracker from there.
hope this helps!

Guys I am back! Here is the deal, I blundered earlier, in that I should have let you guys know that I have "been there and done that" I actually went and signed up for and got the code from google, but how do I actually apply it?..it does not work through the widget portal, so I am stuck. I just realized that where you guys were pointing me to, I had already been there. also..does it impose on the site page?... meaning will it cause me to re-edit the pages? peace.

I'm having the same problem, only with SiteMeter. I've got the code, but I can't paste it on the Statistics page. I too tried a widget, but I didn't have any luck. Do you find this valuable?

These instructions don't work for me. I'm referring the ones on the link provided. I don't have "Wiki Settings". I just have Settings. When I click on Settings, then Statistics, I see info about SiteMeter and GoogleAnalytics, but I don't see a box in which I can paste the code I copied from SiteMeter. Do you find this valuable?

It is Settings, Wiki Settings was the old name for it. It is correct now.

When you click on statistics, I think you have to select whether you are using SiteMeter or Google analytics, a box should appear after you have made your choice. I will look into that now.

Yup, once in the statistics tab. Click the Sitemeter radio button (the little circle) and then a box will tell you to paste in your code. 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I feel like an idiot. I was clicking on the text and the links, but I thought those were bullets, not radio buttons. I know what to do from here. Thanks for all your help, everyone. Do you find this valuable?

Usually when you click text/links beside a radio button it should check it. But it doesn't on Wetpaint :S

No problem btw

I am showing anonymous saying thanks to Baby Apple and DigitalX as I was not signed in here. the thing went in like a charm, a quick one here though, should I be seeing an Icon on the page/s when it is through "actively collecting data" or would I have to go back to the acct. to view "data collected"?...

Cheers!
