"Control-Click" not bringing up

I'm trying to add rows/columns to a table using my mac, and when I "control-click" as instructed, a menu for the columns does not come up. Whatsup? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm not very sure, but try right-clicking. Does anyone else know anything on this topic? 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Hmmm... I would suggest getting a mouse with more than one button. 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

I think you just have to click inside a cell. The menu pops up automatically. 1  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
