Content can not be reported as questionable. It's an automated Wetpaint system that finds content that may be questionable. 0  out of 3 found this valuable. Do you?

To be quite honest questionable content can be a word or even a name that Wetpaint for whatever reason finds questionable. I can't figure out what is it they question... Do you find this valuable?

They question profanity. Whenever I get a notice, it is mostly swear/cuss words.
