My users are having trouble signing in. They are not getting the sign in box or when one user does he does not get the "forgot your password" link. Is this a security setting issue? I need this to be more user friendly other wise i'm going to lose momentum on this start up site.http://krcgogreen.wetpaint.com/ bnaff Do you find this valuable? |

It's hard to say without knowing what browser their using. The basic things to check are:1) Your using a supported browser 2) JavaScript is enabled 3) Browser cache and cookies have been cleared See http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+Support for more details. There's also the possibility that there will be problems for users behind a firewall or proxy. Let us know if you find out more about the specifics of the users having this problem. And dont forget microsoft updates...The Malicious software removal tool which is updated every month....Will remove the wiki cookie to your website.....in some cases you have to re-register but your account remains the same.... Do you find this valuable? |

buffriddler, you will never EVER have to re-register with Wetpaint because a cookie has been deleted. Your registration is stored in our databases, not in your browser's cookies. At the very worst you will simply have to sign in again.Phil Do you find this valuable? |

That, too, is stored in our database. Only the sign-in information is lost when cookies are deleted.
