a lot of sites have been hacked recently. Silverstar2 was just hacked last night by a user called Thehacker! 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Yeah, the wetpaint mods have been notified and most of the sites in the top 50 were warned. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Do we have any idea how they are doing it? Is it just passwords, through member privileges themselves or are they finding more lengthy ways into the sites like SQL injection and cross-scripting? I was just wondering because I notice its happened at lot with certain websites with the Warriors fansites and I wondered if they were allowing people to be moderators too easily. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

They are simply erasing content from unlocked pages. It isn't hacking technically.

this site had a person who deleted all of the pages as well, and i know some other people on sites that had... problems 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Yeah, everybody is calling him a hacker >_>
A hacker would demote everyone, delete every word on every page, delete it, and then ban everyone.
This guy is nothing but a troublemaker, nothing really serious.

that's what's annoying. and the hackers do nothing to hide their names! they put like Thehacker2 and hackerooo like idiots. and warrior cats clans 2 was hacked a lot

OH NO!!!! How? Erased all data? I haven't been on in a while because of new sites and stuff, unfortunately. Oh my gosh...
