I am using windows XP and installed Oracle Database 11g and it function properly but due to windows problem I restored my previous windows registry. Then problem occurred.

At the same time i use 10g but no problem with it.

Issue: After Oracle database 11g installed, Universal Installer(OUI) can not be start up and it prompt me error. I tried removed all files(manually remove) and cleaned registry to reinstall again but still facing the same.

Setup.exe – Application Error
The instruction at “0x0040bad” referenced memory at “0x00000000”. The memory could not be “read”,
Click on ok to terminate the program
Click on Cancel to debug the program

So, I unable to deinstall Oracle 11g by using Universal Installer. I tried to use the same Oracle Database 11g to install again. It just try allow to install a new one.

Could any one help on this? Thanks in advance.
